中央のお尻の下に見える「電験三種合格セミナー」という言葉は、第三種電気主任技術者の資格を取得するための国家試験の対策を書いた受験参考書のタイトルです。この本は、名古屋の古書店の店頭で、100円で売ってました。電気主任技術者には、第一種、第二種、第三種の３種類の資格があるようで、第三種がいちばんやさしいみたいです。しかし、やさしいといっても、2012年度の受験者数が49,452人に対して合格者数は2,895人で、合格率は5.9％という難関。ちなみに、2種は1.8％（2011年度）、1種は2.3％（2011年度）でした。出題範囲は、理論、電力、機械、法規と多岐にわたり、なかなか大変な資格のようです。詳しく知りたい方は、次のリンク（ウィキペディア）へ。＜リンク＞

About the theory, electricity, many kind of machine, and the law, the field diverges into many branches. It seems to be a very great qualification.
