jimonとは「字紋」で、紋様化した文字を連ねていくところに特色があります。基本的に、文字であればどのような文字でもできますが、日本語の場合は、漢字の部分に中国の古代文字を用いている場合がほとんどです。
山本、山田、藤本といった人名から、豊田、名古屋などの地名、四字熟語、本や映画のタイトルから簡単な文章まで、なんでも字紋化してしまいます。古代文字や象形文字、数式まで、字紋化できないものはたぶん存在しません。
基本的にモノクロームですが、彩色する場合もあります。かなり変形してはいますが、あくまで文字である、というところにこだわっているといえばいえるかもしれません……
（しかし、実は、あんまりこだわっておらず、おもしろければよしというゆるい法則？でやっています）

"jimon" means letter(字ji)＋pattern(紋mon).It is my own technique linking letters which were deformed.
Basically, I can make any letter as jimon. The Japanese letter, the Chinese letters, the roman alphabet, and the Greek characters, even the numerical formula is possible.
It's contents contain all which can be expressed by letters. For example, person's name, the place name, a phrase, a title of book or movie, and sentence even.When I use a kanji, I write the Chinese ancient characters in many cases.
I write it in monochrome basically, but use various colors in some cases.I considerably transform them, but still I am particular about writing "letters" in to the last.
(However, in fact, I may not be particular very much. Because the most important (and loose) law is "interesting for me", may be.)
